Alex Dimopoulos

As a Director at PINE, Alex Dimopoulos serves as CFO to both Open and Closed-End private funds. With a deep understanding of management company and fund-level operations, he excels at onboarding new clients to PINE and facilitating launches of new financial entities on his clients’ behalf.
Alex has been in the Financial Services industry since 2016, beginning his career with SS&C ALPS Fund Services as a Trades and Reconciliation Analyst on their Mutual Fund Accounting team, then transitioned to the Alternative Investments side of the business. Primarily working with hedge funds, Alex served as the primary liaison for a wide variety of clients in the private fund space, supporting the monthly NAV processes, annual fund audits, tax preparation and fund liquidations. Alex earned a double Bachelor of Finance and International Business from the University of Denver with a minor in Environmental Sustainability.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys taking advantage of the outdoors here in Colorado. Between camping, mountaineering, snowboarding, and golf, Alex relishes all the Rocky Mountains have to offer.
